Welcome to the State Bar of Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Section website!  I hope you find the many features useful, including the feature that allows you to download past editions of our newsletter, Alternative Resolutions.  Take advantage of this feature to view the Winter 2007 edition which marks the 20th anniversary of the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures Act (“ADR Act”).  This special issue, commemorating 20 years of keeping the peace under the Texas ADR Act, contains in depth articles about the history of Texas ADR, highlighting the people who made it possible.  As we celebrate this auspicious occasion, we encourage you to join the 1300+ members of the ADR Section and help keep the peace in Texas!
